Stir & Sip Showdown

The Stir & Sip Showdown will be held in Austin, Texas at the historic hotel - The Stephen F. Austin Royal Sonesta.

Submissions must be made by July 16th, 2023.

All submissions must use

Sweetens Cove Kennessee Whiskey

as its base spirit (largest portion of all ingredients).

Other modifiers are welcome and encouraged.

All submissions must be your creation and your original 'property'.

The finalists will compete live against each other July 31st, 2023

Open to the public to view the competition and vote for the popular vote bartender of their choice.

Terms and Conditions for Stir & Sip Showdown Cocktail Competition

By submitting a cocktail recipe and picture ("Submission") to Cocktail Mystic for the Stir & Sip Showdown cocktail competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and Rights: You confirm that you are the original creator and owner of the submitted cocktail recipe and picture. You retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to your Submission.

2. Grant of Rights: By submitting your cocktail recipe and picture, you grant Cocktail Mystic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your Submission for the purposes of promoting and marketing the Swing & Sip Showdown cocktail competition, as well as for any other promotional activities related to Cocktail Mystic, including but not limited to the website, social media platforms, advertisements, and any other marketing materials.

3. Confidentiality: While Cocktail Mystic will make reasonable efforts to protect your Submission, you acknowledge that Cocktail Mystic cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information or materials submitted as part of the competition. Therefore, it is recommended not to include any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information in your Submission.

4. Representations and Warranties: By submitting your cocktail recipe and picture, you represent and warrant that: a. You are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. b. Your Submission does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. c. Your Submission does not contain any unlawful, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content. d. You have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and releases from any individuals appearing in your Submission. e. Your Submission complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Cocktail Mystic harmless from any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions, or any claims that your Submission infringes upon the rights of any third party.

6. Disqualification and Modifications: Cocktail Mystic reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that violates these terms and conditions or for any other reason determined at its sole discretion. Cocktail Mystic also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Swing & Sip Showdown cocktail competition at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austin, Texas. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austin, Texas.

By participating in the Swing & Sip Showdown cocktail competition and submitting your cocktail recipe and picture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
